Oh....Hello!

Geez has it been a while since I have blogged!

I have been so neglectful of my blog. Sorry I haven't had an entry in a while but SO many things have been going on I can barely keep my head on straight.

Less than a month is left of school! Where did the time go? I'll be graduating soon that's supaaaa crazy! With that being said, the past weeks have been filled with so much homework and tests, but the good news is now that I don't have anything to do for the rest of the week. :D

Guys like rock/punk music?

If you do you have to check out the new A Day to Remember CD its awesome! These guys know how to jam if you ask me! I have been a dedicated fan since the first CD!
Give it a try, it might be a new feel, or not your style music but be open minded.

and here I am playing my acoustic guitar..........jk! I do look legit though right?

Haha! And check Brett, Chris, Andrew and I jammin out!
Sorry that it overlaps a bit I was having some trouble :(

Bryce's final thought:

Hear ye! Hear ye! fellow noblemen, kinsmen, knights, blacksmiths, dragon slayers, fair lads and lasses, peasants, wizards, summoners, and other dwellers of the land! Go-ith with wisdom and may thine sprits of the wind guide you through your paths to righteousness! May no goblin, dark wizard, dragon or any other heathen stand-ith in the way of your quests!

Till we meet again!

O How I've missed you bloggie!

I sincerely apologize to you all, I haven't put a new blog post up in two weeks!

Let me just fill you in a a little bit that has been going on in my life. For the past two weekends my wonderful girlfriend has come home to visit where both of those weekends we have enjoyed hours and hours of the fair. At the fair we did all kinds of things like devour fair food, ride rides, and play games.....you know the usual fair stuff.

The Rides:
Due to my unheard of undaunted (not intimidated by difficulty or danger) ability. I took on three, count 'em three fair rides. They included The Himalaya, The Scrambler, and the Ferris Wheel.
Just check out how scary these rides are. In fact they were so scary, I saw the majority of riders between the ages of 5-10. :D

The Food:

Thank you high metabolism! Because if I was able to gain weight I would have done just that in the past two weekends. I consumed funnel cakes, ice cream, corn, a barbeque plate with fries green beans and slaw, pizza, turkey legs, and other things I cannot even think of right now.

The Games:

Geez do I have an act for winning the fair games. I think out of the 10 times I played I won one time. However, I did manage to stump The Guesser when I asked him to guess my weight. He had to be within 3 lbs and he was 4 lbs off! He blamed it on the ice cream cone I was holding while steeping on the scale.

During the week I have been just doing my usual thing just school, internship, and work. Which by the way work has been really aggravating me lately. I guess SOME people think its ok to ask me to do favors and expect me to drop everything for them. But when it comes for me to ask a favor, I get nasty remarks. Buuuuuut its ok, I guess that is just the disadvantage of being too nice sometimes :)

This weekend is Halloween peoples!!!!!! What are you going to be?
I think this Halloween my girlfriend and I are going to be nerds. It'll be a challenge for her to pull it
off but for me it will be a piece of cake. ;) Might I also add that I will be spending it in Wilmington.
So we'll see how jiggy 'ol Wilmy gets for Halloween.

....Anyway that's about it for now. Thanks for reading and remember to follow my blog!

Weekend Recap!

O hello Monday, nice of you to drop by and end my break....

Good day to you all! Check out my blog doesn't it look awesome?!

Well, over the weekend I hired a girl named Megan Jesse to give my blog an extreme makeover. It cost me only a few kisses and hugs, and the work that she did was astounding.

I don't know how I did it, but I also talked Megan into spending her time with me the whole weekend AND to let me stay in her apartment. :)  It was an awesome weekend to say the least where it was filled with many activities. Rather than go through everyday and tell you what I did, I will just tell you that my weekend was filled with all kinds of great food, friends, study time, tennis, babysitting, and rest!!! If you want to know in detail about the weekend just check out this site: littlemissartsypants.blogspot.com She does a much better job of explaining things than I do, and she has the pictures :D

This week upcoming week will be a little hectic for me because I have two tests, but I am going to prepare myself and ace those things! Mondays can't bring me down.

...Thats all I have for you now bloggers, I know it's short but I cannot spend too much time on here because of my studies!

Here is an awesome quote that defines the relationship between Megan and I:

"We are all a little weird, Life's a little weird & When we met someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, We fall in to 'mutual weirdness' & call it love" -Dr. Seuss

And I can't help but put this pic of good ol' Spongebob!

Autumn Love!

This weather has gotten me in a great mood! When the weather is this perfect it makes me want to hit the golf course of just go lay in the middle of a field and do nothing all day. Again I have neglected to keep up with my blog so let me fill you in on what went on this past weekend!......By the way this is a picture of my back yard at my apartment! :P

This weekend was filled with a whole lot of good times. In fact it went by so fast that when I asked my girlfriend what we did this whole time she was here, we both couldn't remember everything! I guess time flies when your with someone special. :D

Friday, after I got off of school I went over to Megan's house and we got ready to go to church with her family! Later that night we got Kabuki and OoOoO was it good. We got BOGO sushi (shrimp tempura) and I had one brewskie. She had to drink water....poor Megan.

Saturday, I went and babysat a little guy named Cameron where I whooped up on him in Wii Sports! Don't worry I didn't make him cry, I let him win a lot too (just as I let Megan win sometimes in Mario Kart). After Meg got off, I picked her up and we took the little tike over to his soccer game. Heres a pic of me kicked back with my D & G glasses on :)

(sorry about the quality, if it was my rumor touch it would have been crystal clear!)

Sunday, I got to work with Megan!!! A lot of people showed up that morning at Java Jive to see me and Meg as we argued over who was boss (of course I am). All in all, we dominated work and I had a great time! After work I got dragged into dress shopping with Meg and her family. However it was all worth it because Megan looked gorgeous in everything she tried on. I wish I took pictures of her! After I got the opportunity to finish up my history midterm! Megan made it so much better and she helped me tons!

Monday, Megan had to work and I had to go to school so we did not see much of each other during the day. However, later that day we met up at Java Jive again and chit chatted a little bit before we went to the mall again :) After the mall we went to Kabuki and had the best of both worlds. We both had hibachi chicken AND we had BOGO sushi (this time Boston and Shrimp tempura). By the way, if you know us as a couple at all, you know that we have Asian food almost everyday!

Tuesday, She had to leave me :( However, we got to hang out a little bit. She worked from 6-3 so while she worked, and in between my breaks, I went to Java Jive to see her. Shortly after she got off I had to go to work myself and I left her at about 6.

In a short summary, I had a wonderful weekend + 2days because of her fall break!
Hopefully, I will be able to spend my fall break at the beach! I will keep you all updated!

Love you all

Rainy Days!

Whew! I have been slacking these past few days. And because I know almost a fourth of the world's population reads my blog, I feel that it is my duty to fill you in on whats been going on in my life this past week :)

In general, this week has been nothing but school, school, and more school. Let me just fill you in on what has to do turned in within the next week.

Friday (Oct. 1st): Business Statistics homework
Sunday(Oct 3rd): Financial Accounting homework
Monday(Oct 4th): European History Midterm

Although this may not sound like a lot, let me tell you a little bit about why I am stressing out so bad.
In my European History class, since school started, I have neglected to real about 300 pages of the assigned reading. When told by my instructor this past Monday that the reading is crucial to getting a good grade on the midterm, I thought ehhhhh....no big deal I'll just read it later. When I saw it was 300 pages later that day I flipped! The good news is that as of today (Wednesday), I have almost completed all of the reading and have decided to leave the last 60 pages or so to do as needed when handed the midterm :)

To say the less, much of the weekend I have ahead of me will be dedicated to school. This week I have been trying my hardest to get all of my school work done so I can spend it with someone very special who is in fact coming to spend her fall break back home!!! If you can't figure out who this mystery lady is by now, that mystery lady would be the one and only Megan :) SO, to wrap up this boring talk of school, I am going to try to finish my ALL of my homework by Thursday or Friday so I can enjoy myself this weekend.

And how bout this rain the past week!? While many people hate the rain I seem to like it as it creates ideal conditions for naps and slacking off inside. Besides, North Carolina much needed it.

Dentist Experiences :)

They call me yuck mouth, not because I don't brush, but because the dentist told me yesterday that I have cavities on all of my molars :( Which did not help the fact that I am kind of scared of the dentist. Wait........hold on...Bryce scared of something?.............You mean super buff, King of manly manliness Bryce?....Well.... yes that is correct I am not very fond of the dentist and I'll tell you why:

I got my first cavity a year or so ago and the dentist told me that I needed a filling. I thought to myslef, hey, no problem it wont hurt that bad. Well after they gave me my shot to numb my mouth they started drilling on my tooth. Immediately after they started it began to hurt like crazy until a man tear rolled down the side of my scruffy man beard. They asked me what is wrong and I told them that it was hurting bad. Not as bad as the time I wrestled with lions, but pretty darn close. They went on to ask why I did not tell them, and I replied that I never had one before and I thought that one shot would do it all. However, after another shot they finished the job and all was good.....Or so I thought! A short time after when I was eating an apple at Java Jive my tooth that they had worked on cracked! I though ohh no! I am going to have to go back and get it drilled on again :( !!!! Guess they didn't fill it good enough!

(Basically, if I was black, this is how I looked when it happened :P)

To make this long story short I finally went to the dentist yesterday after letting the tooth rot for a couple of months. So be proud of me people!!!!! However,  I'm happy to say that I started a new dentist and he is great! And now if I have to go get a filling, which I most definitely will have to do very soon on my other 3 teeth, I will not be as anxious as before!

All dentistry aside, I want to dedicate this little section to Megan!!! This is the first weekend since an AWESOME summer ended and ANOTHER school semester started. Right now I feel blah that she's not here but happy at the same time that she gets to go with her friends to see Mike Posner yo! ANDD it's  ok because next weekend I get to see her gorgeous gorgeous face and we might even be able to work at Java Jive together! How cool would that be!?

Anyways, thats all for now folks keep on reading!!!!..........and you stay classy San Diego!

First things first: The Introduction of my peoples!

MY MOM!!!!
It's hard to put in words how much I LOVE this woman. She is one of my two main role models in my life (the other being my pops). She is the most caring person I have ever met in my entire life for many many reasons and I honestly think that she doesn't have a bad bone in her body. She makes me feel happy when I'm sad, lifts my confidence to all time highs when I feel anxious or when I don't think I can accomplish something. Just an all around GREAT person who would help anyone that is in need of it as she has shown SO many times. She gives out a different kind of love that no matter what makes you feel like your special. A lot of people say, "x person is the nicest person you will ever meet." My Mom is definitely one of those people x100000. I am so blessed to have my mom in my life and without her I would not be half of the man that I am today (or here on this Earth for that matter). Everyone, this is my beloved Mom.

MY POPS!
Ahhh where to begin with Papa Bear. My Dad is a simple, hard-working, family loving man that doesn't ask for a lot but gives out SO much. Grew up as a farm boy, went to the military, and now has an awesome job, where he not too long ago, got a degree from Wake Tech. In fact, we even got to take a class together at Wake Tech and I wish he could be with me now at State. He has worked SO hard and accomplished SO much to have the things that he has. Lives his life through his motto "work hard, work long." He is most certainly a true example of a good role model and I look up to him as my Yoda :). My pops likes ol' westerns (yeee haww!), Star Wars, Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, Tommy Boy, Indiana Jones, etc. If I ever need any advice I ask my Dad what to do and he always gives me the right answer. We spend a lot of time together on the golf course where recently I have passed him in achieving a lower score (but not by much)! My brother, Dad, and I have a special saying together which is "MNF" which means Mates Never Forget. I can't remember why it all started but that's what we refer to each other as: "Mates." I am honored to call him my Dad and if I am lucky I will become half of the man that he is.

Lil' Big Brother

Ohhhh my broskie! Anything that I would ever need help with he is the first person that is there for me. Brett is following in the footsteps of his big bro and his Dad and is holding up the Kain name at WTCC! Like my Dad, he is a damn hard worker (pardon my french) and has great goals for the future. After school he plans on being a part of law enforcement where he will excel in his job because of his strong desire to help people, plus the fact that he's a big dude....I wouldn't wanna mess with him. He's such a loving person and enjoys fishing, shooting, hanging with friends an family, and like my Dad, is just an all around simple man. I can tell my brother anything and he's someone I can count on at all times. Growing up we used to fight, mainly over video games but today we slay noobs left and right on games like Halo and COD. Bruno works and Wal-Mart and works as a service tech, so if you got any problems head on over to Fuquay! And Brett when you read this..Yes I am telling the truth I SG&P hahahaha :D
I love you man and we will be Mates forever.

My Sis!

Wow would you take a look at this BEAUTIFUL girl. She's such a smart girl and reminds me of myself as a kid except for the extremely nerdy and geeky part. She's got a good taste in rock music and likes to jam out! A good head on her shoulders, she is going to do big things in life. Brae as I like to call her, is Daddy's little girl and is well aware of it ;) Right now she is in middle school and taking all these advanced classes! Isn't she smart!? She thinks she is taller than me but NO! I've still got her by an inch which will probably last another year or so :( She is such a nice person, I rarely have seen her mad and I couldn't ask for anyone more than her. I can't wait to see what the next few years has in store for her and to see how she develops as time goes on. I love you mate gaaaaaaaa

Megan

Has this girl turned my life around or what? I though that there were no good girls out there but this girl right here proved me wrong instantly! It's so funny how long she has been right there under my nose. We thankfully met at Java Jive where we both serve out our passion as baristas! I used to get jitters when I would work with her but never pursued her because I thought that she was out of my league. Boy was I wrong. She is my game loving, nerdy, smart, beautiful, 100% awesome girlfriend. She has done something that no one has ever done and that is beat me at Mario Kart! I couldn't believe that I had been defeated when it happened. I wanted to cry! Since I asked her to be my girl on the bench swing overlooking Lochmere Lake by Java Jive, we have celebrated 3 wonderful months together and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than her. In fact, I don't know that there is anyone better than her.  I say that because she is beautiful inside and out, and that is 1 in 1,000,000. I look forward to the time we have in store in the future and she is a BLESSING to me. MF <3

My Roomie!

Rogan, Andrew, whatever you wanna call him this is my awesome roommate. If you ever need a pick me up, go to this guy. He always keeps a smile on my face and there is never a dull moment at the Man Cave. He knows how to party but at the same time knows how to incorporate hard work and diligence into everything he does. He is working on a BBA degree at Campbell University and whether he wants to admit it or not he's a smart guy. He also works at Hendrick as a service technician and knows a car up and down, or side to side whatever it is. Since I met his crazy ass in sophomore year Geometry at Fuquay-Varina High School we have been in a strong bromance. Great roommate, great guy, I would not want to live with anyone else. Love ya broskie, brochacho, brogan, broseph, broha.

AJ!
This guy right here is the opposite of weak willed. He's been through a lot of tough things in life. Stuff I cannot imagine going through but he has shown so much heart and courage. Aj is one of the funniest guys I know. He can turn my frown upside down any day, anytime. He's part of our original clan and has always rode out with us anywhere we went, even Iowa this past summer!  He also goes to WTCC and is pursing his interests in the auto mechanic field. Aj, your my country five boudin 25 smack lil' neck brotha. I will ALWAYS consider you part of the family and I love you man. You would make your Dad so proud and I know he's looking down on you with happiness. Friends, this is one of my best buds, Aj.
